Drapey cupro (aka "vegan silk") fabric in a classic black color. Labeled as 100% cupro content, a cotton based fiber. Measures 55" in width and available for order by the yard.
*This satin-y fabric is lightweight and has no stretch. It is has a drapey yet structured hand, and is opaque. Suitable for very lightweight apparel such as dresses, gowns, skirts, and tops, or for use as lining. If using as self, we'd recommend using a lining.
These fabrics are recovered from high-end designers in New York City, sold as a sustainable alternative to destruction and discard in landfill.
