This fabric is semi-sheer, lightweight, and very textural. Alternating plain weave and geometric textural weaves. Smocking is achieved through slack tension weaving, allowing for 100% cellulosic fiber content with no elastic. Ideal for topweight apparel such as blouses or summery dresses.
