Georgette in aqua. Burn tested silk content, but has stretch in the cross-grain alluding to a small percentage of synthetic content. Measures 45" in width and available for order as a 3 yard piece.
This fabric is drapey, lightweight, and opaque, with a classic georgette crepe texture to the surface. Ideal for eveningwear and flowy topweight apparel projects (blouses, skirts, slinky dresses etc.). Could be used as lining.
These fabrics are recovered from high-end designers in New York City, sold as a sustainable alternative to destruction and discard in landfill.
