Included are a variety of sample garments—which may feature mutilations including little snips, markings or writing on the product, full sleeves missing, a big circle cut out of the back, and/or lots and lots of pins! Imperfect Samples Kits are an affordable way to discover one-of-a-kind garments, and include necessary materials for mending and repair.
Includes:
- 1 FABSCRAP Mendable Garment. You can choose from tops, bottoms, or dresses.
- 1/4lb fabric scraps
- 1/4lb decorative trim
- 1/4lb closure trim (zippers, buttons, snaps, etc.)
- 1/4lb of safety pins
- 1 sheet of Heat and Bond (9"x17")
- 1 Heat and Bond instruction sheet
These materials are recovered from high-end designers in New York City, sold as a sustainable alternative to destruction and discard in landfill.
