1x1 rib tube-knit jersey available in a pale beige. Fiber content labeled as 97% cotton, 3% elastane. Measures 35.5" in width as a tubular knit and available for order by the yard. Please note: this fabric is knit as a tubular shape, but could easily be cut once to have a doublewide singular layer.
*This rib knit is a midweight jersey, with good stretch in the crossgrain, but none along the grain. Suitable for sportswear and active apparel, such as in tshirts, sweatshirts, lounge pants, etc. Very stable knit, and would be excellent for use as trim as waistbands, cuffs, etc., if not desired for the self.
These fabrics are recovered from high-end designers in New York City, sold as a sustainable alternative to destruction and discard in landfill.
