MATERIAL DETAILS
Gauzy-woven fabric with a wavy textural pattern in white. Burn tested primarily natural content, likely linen, with a suspected small percentage synthetic content as the stabilizer backing. While we cannot definitively say that this is a linen fiber due to the absence of labels, it looks, feels, and burns like a linen fabric. Measures 53" wide and available to order by the yard.
*This is a midweight fabric with no stretch, a crisp hand, and a gauzy weave. Very lightweight gauzy face, suspected synthetic backing to stabilize the loose weave. Suitable for use in apparel projects or interior projects such as pillows or curtains.
These fabrics are recovered from high-end designers in New York City, sold as a sustainable alternative to destruction and discard in landfill.
