Drapey stretch-silk chiffon available in classic black. Burn tested silk content with a small % elastane to add stretch. Measures 54" in width and available for order by the yard.
*Excellent drape, a small bit of cross-grain stretch, the slightest bit sheer, and soft handfeel. This fabric is perfect for gowns, billowy shirts, scarves or even drapey curtains. Could also be used as a lining.
These fabrics are recovered from high-end designers in New York City, sold as a sustainable alternative to destruction and discard in landfill.
